Fall is SO LATE in coming to Chicago! It’s like the 5th straight day of 90 degree temps and I wouldn’t be sad about that except I have a closet full of fall clothes calling my name! Happily, one of those outfits was a perfect transitional outfit for this temperamental weather! Today’s plus size OOTD features this Ellos Side Knot Dress. It’s light and comfortable, but still has that fall flavor I’m craving!

This dress from Ellos is so comfortable! The marled grey is a light t-shirt fabric and is gathered into a knot at the waist, which adds some shape to this simple dress. It hits at about mid thigh on me (I’m 5’9), which is perfect for these hot temps! And I’m in love with these Faux Suede Booties! They have a low heel which is actually comfortable for running around town, and chicer than sneakers or flats.

When fall decides to show up for real, I will add some black tights or leggings, throw on a black leather jacket and will run out the door!
