The weather is heating up — and that means all I can think about are light, airy dresses. I loved this two-toned pleated tea dress when I spotted it on ASOS, and I knew it’d be a perfect plus size summer dress. What I really love about this Red and Pink Pleated Tea Dress is the red and pinky-nude two tone design of the pleated skirt. Sadly, this Lost Ink Plus Pleated Tea Dress With Contrast Color Block Hem from ASOS is nearly sold out, so get it while it’s hot! I’ve also added a few similar items for you to shop below. When I heard that Victoria Beckham was doing a Target collaboration, I was SO here for it. I literally couldn’t wait. I even scheduled the drop date in my calendar so that I wouldn’t miss it, and it worked! I bought a ton of pieces to try, and have finally gotten around to posting this review. Here’s 3 plus size outfits from the Victoria Beckham x Target collection.
Temperatures are rising here in Chicago, and I’m pulling out all of my lightest cotton plus size dresses! This Asos Curve Check Mix and Match Cold Shoulder Cotton Dress was a recent acquisition and it’s going to make many appearances this summer!
You guys know that I’m a huge fan of Lane Bryant! I wear something from them at least 3 times a week, which totally qualifies me for super-fan status. I didn’t think it was possible, but yes — I love Lane Bryant even MORE since they sponsored an event here in Chicago called the Leading Ladies Luncheon. (See my previous posts here and here)
In a previous post, I mentioned that I was participating in a wonderful event here in Chicago called the Leading Ladies Luncheon and Fashion Show in order to help raise money for a Mother’s Day Makeover Event sponsored by A Better Day With Julie and the Daisie Foundation. I’m so happy to report that it was a fantastic event and we successfully raised enough funds and support to provide Mother’s Day Makeovers to over 150 moms in Chicago!
