If you follow me on Instagram, you might have seen pictures from my recent trip to Iceland (if you don’t, follow me here!). I completely fell in love with this country and it’s temperamental beauty (which I can totally relate to). A highlight of my trip included a morning at the Blue Lagoon Geothermal Spa, right outside of Reykjavik. It’s one of the 25 Wonders of the World and it is breathtaking and magical! From the mystical steam to the bright blue water — I felt like I was in another world! The water in the Blue Lagoon is blue from the Silica, Algae and Minerals that exist naturally in this geothermal pool. The water is about 100 degrees — so warm and delightful!
