It’s #NYFW…and even though you and I are stuck in our everyday work days…there’s no excuse not to #WERK your wardrobe! Ashley Stewart is having a crazy hot season right now…fabulous styles for curvy, trend-conscious plussize gals, and they were so nice to help dress me for Fashion Week here at home.
Just look at this Ashley Stewart Animal Print Mock Neck Sheath! HOTTTTTT. So hott, that I felt I was walking the runway when I was just running to get coffee.
And look how fierce it looks with a blazer!

Fashion is all about going over the top…And because I can’t get enough pops of color and luscious floral prints, I HAD to try Ashley Stewart’s Sleeveless Crossneck Floral Peplum top with the coordinating pencil skirt. The top’s cross over neckline was a little too luscious for the office–especially for us chesty gals…but I flipped it around and discovered that it worked just as well backwards!

Did you know that besides fabulous plussize dresses, Kiyonna also has some great separates?! Their skirts are must-haves, and their tops are full of unique touches and vintage flair that add an essential spark to your wardrobe. This great plussize Calvin Klein top from Macy’s has mesh inserts at the shoulder and some wrap ruching details that walk the line between sporty and classic. And I absolutely love this leather panel pencil skirt I scored at Eloquii before they transitioned to an online store. The funky beaded necklace I picked up at Forever21 for almost nothing…and the neon peep toe heels were a great find from DSW last season. Who says fashion has to always be new???
When you want to add a bit of fun to an outfit–with a statement necklace and statement heels, keep the rest of your outfit simple and classic. That’s the way to really make it pop!
