One of the trendiest looks this season involves one of my all time favorite articles of clothing: the kimono robe. Kimonos, robes and all sorts of pajama pairs have been spotted on all of the major runways and stars for the past few months. This Asos Curve Kimono in Stripe with Embroidered Back seemed like a great intro to the trend, so I nabbed it and paired it with my favorite distressed jeans and a simple white tee in today’s Outfit of the Day.
Summer is sizzlin’ hot already, and the style forecasts all point to bold brights as the look of the look of the season! Bright, saturated colors took over the SS17 runways and have made their way into every store. Me? I’m obsessed with anything orange, yellow or red! The super bright trends showed up in collections at Balenciaga, Max Mara and 3.1 Philip Lim, just to name a few. And guess where else these bright colors are showing up? At your local JCPenney!
