Plus Size Hydrangea Print Dress from City Chic

I have this exact City Chic dress in a gorgeous Cactus print–it has the same super saturated floral appeal and the same great shape. The v-neck comes down pretty low, and the waist nips in tightly before flaring out into the full skirt. It hits me a few inches above the knee, but I believe it is knee-length on most people!
