Plus Size Winter Style – Cute and Cozy in Avenue
It’s so cold in Chicago, and the only thing that makes me feel better is wearing cute and cozy clothes! My plus size winter style is centered on one important item: the sweater! I recently partnered with Avenue to show off some of my favorite cozy sweaters. Here are three cute and cozy sweaters from Avenue that are sure to liven up your plus size winter style!

This Scattered Pearl Sweater from Avenue is the sweater of my dreams! It’s PINK and it has PEARLS all over the front. Isn’t this the most lovely shade of pink? It’s also super soft and doesn’t scratch at all! Just be careful with the pearls – if you are rough getting in and out of your coat, they might pull off. It’s an easy fix though – I just got a needle and thread and reinforced the pearls so they’d be extra secure!
For an easy, but elevated cozy look, I paired this sweater with my favorite skinny jeans from Avenue and these pink Eastside Knot Mules.

I don’t wear a lot of cardigans, but when I saw this Neutral Zebra Print Cardigan from Avenue, I had to try it! I love the toned-down gray and cream shades of the zebra print. This is perfect starter-print for those ladies who shy away from bolder animal prints. It’s such a nice, warm topper to throw on when you’re running errand around town on those cold winter days!
I’ve styled it with a darker gray tank top, my favorite skinny jeans from Avenue and these Thames Knot Sneakers (which are almost sold out)! I added my fur beanie for some extra sass – and extra warmth!

Sweaters are definitely a staple in my winter wardrobe. It’s important to have them in different weights and materials in case you want to layer. This Zipper Sleeve Sweater in salmon is not only a fabulous marled pink color, it’s also fairly lightweight and breathable, so it’s perfect for layering. I love the scooped side hems which dip up a little so it reveals a hint of lace if you wear it with this pretty Lace Trim Cami in white.
It was about 16 degrees when we did this photo shoot, so I was happy to add a quilted down puffer vest over this sweater for some extra protection! My favorite skinny jeans and boots (similar here) completed this look!

How are you keeping warm and stylish this winter? Are you as sweater-obsessed as I am??
Amber, I don’t know how you guys from North deal with frigid temps up there. I’m from the South and when it goes below 50 it’s complete chaos. As for your winter outfits, I’m totally in love with that cardigan. It’s so cute and I am a sucker for a good pattern. Thanks so much for sharing another awesome post, hon! I
