This particular dress is just sublime! The exaggerated rose print pops against the dark black background. And the delicate pleats give the dress so much life and movement.

First, make sure the fabric is light and floaty. You want it to catch the air when you walk so that you feel like a delicate flying butterfly! lol It should either be in a gorgeous, bold floral print or a bright solid color. And it should have something that defines the waist – a tie belt works best with this type of fabric. But a banded waistband also works. These are all great options!
