It’s Sweater Season! One of my favorite things about the weather getting cooler is getting to break out all my favorite sweaters – and buy new ones! I went searching for more sweaters to fill out my wardrobe this past week and I found some GOLD! There were so many cute options, but I narrowed it down to a handful from each of my go-to places. Some are super festive, some are unique, and some are simple and timeless. And all come in plus sizes! Let’s take a look!

Plus Size Sweaters from Lane Bryant

Let’s start with the pieces I found at Lane Bryant. This “All is Bright” sweater is an instant holiday classic. I love a nice neutral with a pop of pink – which is probably why I also like this cardigan! It’s perfectly oversized with a shawl collar, pockets, and the cutest pattern. Finally, this light blue cable sweater is such a beautiful color, and easy to throw on for a cute, quick outfit.

Plus Size Sweaters from J. Crew

Moving on to the sweaters I found at J. Crew. This first pink and red patterned one is a lot like the one I wore last year for Thanksgiving…and it’s one of my absolute favorites of all time. So cute with a pair of jeans, and you don’t need to add anything to make it festive. Plus because it’s pink and red, you can take it all the way through Valentine’s day! Next is this bright yellow half zip – I think the color on this is so fun. Neon colors are back in style this year, so it makes for a great quick and stylish option. Finally I found two soft pink collared sweaters. The first one is cashmere (so luxurious) and is called a “sweater-polo” because it also has buttons, and the second one is a v-neck. They’re both a really unique take on a sweater, so I included them both!

Plus Size Sweaters from Old Navy

Now for Old Navy. As always they had a ton of options, but these two patterns of their mock neck style really caught my eye. The red and beige one has a great subtle Christmas/Valentine’s vibe, and the multi-colored one is just super fun. I love how we can use sweaters to bring out different aspects of our personality!

Plus Size Sweaters from Target

And finally, Target! You know I couldn’t limit myself to just a few options here. Target totally has my number, especially when it comes to sweaters. Let’s start with the more festive ones!

I can’t stay away from barbie pink, especially when there’s a fun saying involved. This “Warm Fuzzies” sweater is so cozy, perfect for a lounge day by the fire. Next is this pink patterned turtleneck – here I go again with the pink patterns, they’re just so cute! I love that the turtleneck is a good size, and the pattern will go great with either jeans or a skirt. And then because not everything can be pink, I’m super drawn to this striped sweater. The colors totally pop, making it a standout piece for sure.

And to round out my Target picks – my more subtle options. Starting with a beautiful light blue sweater skirt. Yes it counts, it’s a sweater material! It’s so warm and cozy, and goes great with the light blue cropped sweater I have next. The lilac cropped sweater is the same style, but I think both colors are really pretty. Having different color options in your wardrobe I think helps keep it exciting. And last but not least, this cute light green sweater. Again, I love the unique color, and the knitting pattern will make it an instant closet classic.
