I think I found the formula for the cutest plus size holiday casual look! In my head I’ve been calling this outfit “merry & bright”, because of the colors I picked, the earrings I found, and the feeling I get when I wear it. And to top it off – it’s warm! Let’s take a look…
This sweater is so bright and fun! I found it earlier this fall and could not wait to get a chance to wear it. It literally brightens up whatever room you wear it in, so only put it on if you’re wanting some holiday cheer.
I felt like the neon needed a little bit to break it up, but if you know me I don’t like to downplay anything. This bright pink puffer vest was up for the task! It added more color without losing the bright feel I was going for – and it added some warmth to boot!
With my top being so bright and a little bulky, I knew I needed to go the skinny jeans route. The dark wash and slim fit keep the outfit looking put together, and they’re perfect to tuck into boots!
These knee high brown wedge boots gave this outfit some balance. The neutral color helps compliment the neon, but because they’re a little different with the wedge, they still stand out!

In my opinion, these are the star of the show! These Merry & Bright earrings bring just a little more holiday cheer to an already merry & bright outfit! I’ve been wearing them a lot while I can!
