On my most recent trip to Target, I ended up finding and trying on a bunch of different athletic wear, and I forgot how much I love skorts! There is nothing more fun than a cute, flirty skirt that has the comfort and functionality of shorts underneath. The trip inspired me to track down even more athletic skorts in plus size options. Here’s what I found!

Plus Size Athletic Skorts

Let’s start with your basic black athletic skort. Old Navy, Halara, and Arula have really cute plus size options. The Halara and Arula ones are mesh and ruffled respectively, and they have a little more of a fashion vibe to them. The Old Navy one has a bit more of an athletic vibe. But they’re all so cute! The last black skort I have here is from Target, which is straight size but goes up to XXL, which fits me comfortably.

This next set has some more colorful options, because sometimes dressing in athletic wear means you get to embrace those bright colors! I love the fit on the Athleta plus size skorts, and I love them hem on the J. Crew one! The purple Target skort is mesh and super comfy as well, but it again only goes to size XXL.

And finally, the skorts that started it all! I’m in love with this navy skort dress, and I felt so cute in the white and green pickleball outfit. These are both from Target and again only go up to XXL, but you can see how they fit on me. I also linked the green jacket below, even though it’s not a skort.
