Plus Size Fall Outfits From QVC
Next post
Looking for some fabulous plus size fall outfits? I found such cute looks at QVC!* QVC has been around my whole life, but I had never really considered them as a plus-size shopping destination. I’ve never been so happy to be wrong! They have TONS of cute plus size clothes from brands that are new to me! AND they use plus-size models on their TV segments – so you can actually see the pieces on plus-size bodies. Do you know how rare that is?! I am so thrilled to partner with QVC on this post and show you three cute outfits that I put together from the different brands that QVC carries.

Bootcut Jeans | Flowy Top | Sherpa Jacket | Crossbody Bag
The key to successful plus size fall outfits is layering! Jeans are a strong base for any outfit. I chose these KUT from the Kloth Natalie High-Rise Boot-Cut Jeans because I’m embracing the bootcut again after years of skinny jeans-only dressing! I love the longer inseam and this is one of my favorite denim brands.
Until the weather truly turns cold, I like to pair my jeans with a light, flowy top in gorgeous rich autumn colors. When I saw this Haute Hippie Tribe ‘Rena’ Woven Embroidered Blouse, I fell in love with the rusty orange color (it comes in gold too!) and the relaxed design! It is exactly the thing I love wearing in the fall. It has a mesh inset at the neckline that dips over the shoulders and is decorated with floral embroidery. I also love the 3/4-length trumpet sleeves and scalloped hem!
When you wear a lightweight top, you can pair it with a heavier jacket so that you’re prepared for the chill autumn wind outside and the blasting heaters inside. And since I’m obsessed with all things shearling this season, I had to have this Isaac Mizrahi Live! Faux Shearling & Suede Mixed Jacket in Vanilla Cream color.
I am always looking for a good cross-body bag that will fit over my chest AND over my thicker coats and sweaters for fall and winter. This Frye Leather Melissa Swingback Crossbody bag is adjustable and fit over all my layers perfectly. And isn’t that cognac color so rich?!
Tie-Neck Floral Print Dress | Curly Faux-Fur Coat | Wide-Calf Boots
The pastel, bright floral patterns of the spring and summer have given way to rich, moody florals for fall. And I’m a BIG FAN! Especially when it’s mixed print golden florals against a black background like this Sam Edelman Printed Smocked Tie Neck Dress. This print just makes me so happy! And I love the tie-neck and the smocked waistband. And of course, I can’t resist a good flirty ruffle hem!
Again, I like light woven fabrics that can slide easily over a heavier coat or jacket so that you can be prepared for all the fall temperature fluctuations. This dress is the perfect weight to slide under this Martha Stewart Curly Faux Fur Coat with Pockets. This coat is SO SOFT and warm. It is a perfect in-between coat for fall since it’s not as warm as a puffer coat, but is heavier than a leather jacket or parka. I call it my Goldilocks coat!
Wide-calf boots are a wardrobe staple, so I had to try these Bella Vita Wide-Calf Knee-High Boots – Troy IIPlus to see how they fit. They have a slouchy sort of design, which I really like and literally goes with everything! The heel height is just right for walking too. However, they are pretty slippery on wood and polished floors when you first put them on – so be careful!
Red Boat-Neck Sweater | Faux Leather Leggings | Wide-Calf Boots | Hat+Scarf Set
As fall blends into winter and the holidays arrive, I opt for cozy warm sweaters in festive colors. And that’s where this Peace Love World Texture Sweater with Boat Neck in the red color named Caliente comes in! I love the wide boat neck since it can be worn off the shoulder for a flirty 80s-inspired look. The open chunky knit design allows some air flow so you don’t get too hot. It’s a longer tunic length, so it’s perfect to pair with leggings.
I have heard people sing the praises of Spanx leggings for a while now, but I have never tried them until now. WOW – I see what all the hype is about!! These Spanx Faux Leather Leggings look and feel fabulous! They fit great, and have a nice sheen to them that makes them look dressy. Since I’m apple shaped, I like leggings to be super high-waisted so they won’t roll down over my belly. These hit at just the right spot! I’m a huge fan now. lol
Slouchy knee-high boots and the softest and comfiest beanie and scarf from Barefoot Dreams completed my cozy chic holiday-ready look!
OK, now your turn…have you ever ordered anything from QVC? Honestly, I didn’t know what to expect when I placed my first order of plus size fall outfits. But I was so impressed by the quality of the items. The sizing was on point (I ordered a 20 in the jeans, a 9.5 in the boots and a 2x in everything else). I love that many of the brands are size inclusive – offering sizes XS-3X. And I keep getting sucked into watching the video segments for each of the items – especially when they have plus-size models wearing the clothes!
They have a lot of brands that I’ve never tried and now I’m obsessed – I mean Haute Hippie and Peace Love World are just too good!! I would highly recommend that you give QVC a try. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed!
