Plus Size Cream Pleated Midi Dress

Ok, this plus size cream pleated midi dress has now become one of my favorite outfits! Who knew a Target find could be made so iconic?! I think I owe that to the Ink & Alloy accessories, but regardless of the reason, I had so much fun putting together this outfit. Each piece of it is a standout, and the final product is dreamy!

Target did it again! The color, the pleating, the length, all perfect! And the empire waist is flattering for all body types.

Skinny Black Belt

The first thing I did was replace the belt that was on the dress. The belt that comes with it is cute, but to make it more of a classic look I decided to go with a skinny black belt – something smaller and contrasting. The one in my closet has a gold bow detailing, but you can do just as well with either the gold or the bow!

And now for some Ink & Alloy! Their bracelet stacks are SO cute. They have a ton of different colors and different sets that pair beautifully together. With this outfit being neutral, I went with the neutral sets, and I mixed and matched 4 bracelets from these two sets.

Striped Beaded Earrings & Clutch, Woven Heeled Sandal

Ink & Alloy also specializes in beaded accessories, and my do they deliver! In keeping with the black and white/cream vibe, I chose these striped beaded earrings and clutch. Paired with a black and white woven heeled sandal, all of these accessories tie the look together from head to toe!

Gold Coin Necklace

The final piece of the puzzle: a dainty gold coin necklace. To be honest I rarely wear this much jewelry, but the neckline on this dress was begging for a necklace, and this was the perfect subtle choice. It adds a little shine to the blank area without taking away the attention of the more bold pieces. This was a staple jewelry piece for me, but here are some very similar options.
