This week, I’m all about the moody florals. Well, who am I kidding? I’m always about florals! How old are those undies you’re wearing? If you can’t remember, then it might be time for a refresh! I recently went through my underwear drawer and realized how many old bras and panties I have – some even have holes in them! And I’ve held on to bras that have the underwire poking out because…well, I don’t know why I still have them! It was definitely time for a plus size underwear overhaul! Today, I’ve partnered with Kohl’s to show you some lovely new additions to my intimates collection.
One of my favorite books of all-time is A Wrinkle in Time, and Walt Disney Motion Pictures is bringing it to the big screen this month! The book tells a fantastic story about a young woman learning to trust her own intelligence, find her inner strength – and she ultimately saves the world. The trailers for the movie look amazing and the costumes are out of this world! When Disney asked if I could help spread the word about the film, it was an easy yes! Even though I haven’t seen the film yet (it opens on March 9th), I love the over-the-top costumes and the new multicultural and feminist interpretation of the story. To celebrate the launch of the movie, I decided to create a completely extra look inspired by the film’s version of Mrs. Which, played by OPRAH (the queen herself).
