Classics are classic for a reason. Camel Coats have been the essence of chic for decades, and a wool wrap version works for women of all shapes and sizes. This Jessica London Belted Camel Coat is another great Fullbeauty.com find! A few years ago, I promised myself that I wouldn’t buy another black coat, so I’ve been obsessed with coats of many colors. I added this Camel version to my collection and feel like a million bucks each time I wear it! Paired with a gorgeous raisin color Fit and Flare Ponte Dress and you’ve got a classic, chic look proper for any occasion — even in the middle of a snow storm!
This limited-edition Kiyonna Shimmer Cocktail Dress in Grapetini is TO.DIE.FOR!!! The lovely shimmer fabric in this fabulous grape purple is perfect for spring…and late winter too! By this time in the season, I’m dying for some bright colors that signal warmer days on the way…and this cocktail dress absolutely brightened up my day! The ruched waistline and the peek-a-boo mesh one-shouldered neckline creates a lovely shape for women with all body types. I love that this dress feels fresh and modest–perfect for Easter Sunday, spring weddings, baby showers, and brunches, just to name a few!
For some of you in other parts of the country, it’s already starting to feel like spring and you’re pulling out all of your cute pastel dresses. Well, I’m super jealous, because it’s still cold and snowy here in Chicago. Today’s snow was actually pretty beautiful though, and I thought it would be perfect to break out this adorable Sherpa Coat that I bought from Lane Bryant a few months ago. They are already sold out, but the pictures were so cute, I had to show you!
I’m so not a tshirt kind of gal, but sometimes one comes along that makes a ridiculously awesome statement and you just HAVE to have it. Case in point: this Notorious RBG tshirt from Spreadshirt. Do you have any idea how much of a badass Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg actually is? I just finished reading the BEST book called Notorious RBG: The Life and Times of Ruth Bader Ginsberg by Irin Carmon and Shana Knizhnik. I couldn’t put it down…every page revealed another fascinating and fantastic layer to RBG’s unapologetic and fierce life-long fight for women and civil rights. It’s a poignant and passionate glimpse into a remarkable woman and her career…and the book itself is a perfect blend of chatty insights and hardcore biographical facts. Seriously…I loved the book, and was so inspired that I HAD to have a tshirt.
