I’m a southern girl from Alabama, and I grew up with overflowing hydrangea bushes in my front yard. So I had to have this amazing Plus Size Hydrangea Print Dress from City Chic the moment I saw it! The print is so bold and saturated, and the shape is flirty and feminine–complete with a tulle underskirt that helps the skirt flare out in a fabulous full way.
You know I’m obsessed with flirty vintage retro dresses, and I get ridiculously happy when I discover a new source for plus size options! Voodoo Vixen is a British brand with hundreds of amazing vintage dresses, cardigans and skirts in fun, kitschy floral, fruity and flirty prints. And many of them come in plus sizes! I was in heaven to say the least, and I just had to try the Tilly Shirt Dress which comes in a fabulous minty pink floral print!
SO CUTE!!!! The print, the shape, the covered buttons…I felt so flirty and fabulous! I have nothing negative to say…just be sure to order a size up if you are chesty like me. I ordered a 3X and I was nearly busting out!

I’m loving the new infusion of adorable pinup, vintage-looking labels in my Gwynnie Bee closet! Cherry Velvet is a great line with fun prints and flattering shapes for plussize girls with a love of pinup looks. This Adele Dress in Mod Dots (GB girls find it here) in this graphic black and white print has an fabulous sweetheart neckline, 3/4 length sleeves and a nipped in waist–with pockets. So cute!
Black and white goes great with a pop of color–these fab melon-orange heels are the perfect color and height. They are INC from Macy’s. Other mod-inspired accessories set off this look and make it fun and flirty.
