This limited-edition Kiyonna Shimmer Cocktail Dress in Grapetini is TO.DIE.FOR!!! The lovely shimmer fabric in this fabulous grape purple is perfect for spring…and late winter too! By this time in the season, I’m dying for some bright colors that signal warmer days on the way…and this cocktail dress absolutely brightened up my day! The ruched waistline and the peek-a-boo mesh one-shouldered neckline creates a lovely shape for women with all body types. I’m seriously channeling my inner librarian in this preppy outfit! When I saw this Calvin Klein Red and Black Abstract Print dress at Macy’s, I fell in love. The thick material was so unique…almost a damask or brocade. And it had a super interesting shape — nipped in at the waist and arched out in a bubble. I knew that I could bring my librarian prep-look to life if I just added a bow-neck long sleeve top from Forever 21 and some black tights. Voila, today’s OOTD was born!
I’ve fully embraced the concept of winter white and have been working so hard to come up with the perfect outfit. You can’t go halfway on a winter white outfit…you have to totally commit–and boy, did I ever! Once I saw this white Roaman’s ankle-length faux fur coat on Fullbeauty.com, I knew there was no turning back. I had to find an outfit that stood up to this ridiculously fun coat. And what goes best with faux fur? Sequins and Peplums of course!
I saw this plus size Meow Sweater when I was at my local Torrid, and I experienced a deep primal need to own it…seriously if there were only one of these sweaters left and someone else was going for it, there might have been a serious (ahem) catfight. What’s not to love? Cats? Fuzzy? White? Adorable!!! And pair it with a fab pleated plaid mini skirt and some over the knee boots, and you have an outfit to die for!

These black jeans will literally go with anything, but I wanted more of a Casual Friday OOTD look, so I paired them with this great top combo: Apt 9 Crossover Tunic in Structure Black Print (which looks a little like leopard print to me!) and Apt 9 Essentials Sleeveless Camisole in emerald green.
And because I still need a little bling, even on casual Fridays, I added a chunky mixed metal link necklace, also from Apt. 9.
